Permanent Residents

Our permanent residents are not adoptable. They must stay with us either due to an agreement with another rescue, or they are offered sanctuary if they are classified as unadoptable. Our residents are very friendly and enjoy to be loved on and spoiled by visitors!

  • Cheyenne

Cheyenne was surrendered by an elderly couple, along with her friend Belle. She is a big, beautiful appy that loves attention!

  • Belle

Belle was surrendered by an elderly couple. She will be living out her last days with us, with her best friend Cheyenne.

  • Reba

Reba is a Tennessee Walking Horse that we adopted from another rescue. She is 19, on the shorter side, but is still the queen of the herd!

  • Buck

Buck is the most laid back two-year-old that you’ll ever meet! He’s a gentle giant without a mean bone in his body.

  • Willie

Willie is a Spotted Saddlebred gelding that we adopted from another rescue. He’s very sweet, and gets bossed around by our mares regularly!

  • Dolly

Dolly is a 9 year old Tennessee Walking Horse that we adopted from another rescue. She is sassy and is Reba’s sidekick!

  • Peaches

Miss Peaches is our 2 year-old mini that we adopted from another rescue when they closed their doors. She quite literally thinks that she’s a human.

  • Lainey

Lainey is a two year-old filly that came to us with Buck. They are the best of friends, but Lainey has all the attitude!

  • Bones

Bones is with us under a sanctuary contract, he will potentially be adoptable in the future - honoring the former owners requests

  • Zelda

Zelda is our sweet blind mare. She loves visitors, and loves her guide horse Princess Belle.

  • Princess Belle

Princess Belle is a sweet young filly that we hope will be a future therapy horse. She is very attached to Zelda!
